In this role you will c ontribute to the roll out of a Global Integrated Management System, govern the different Management Systems in Europe, and be involved in performance and risk management.

Responsibilities:

As our Quality Management System Engineer, you will:

• Be responsible for maintaining the conformance of STE iDirect Integrated Management System to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO45001.
• Be responsible for maintaining the certification of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001 and ISO45001 for all EU sites.
• Monitor, control, and report process non-conformances or process risks & opportunities.
• Schedule and perform internal and external audit activities, to include pre-audit planning, audit execution and evaluation and post-audit follow-up and recommendations.
• Check the integrity of the different Management Systems when changes are implemented.
• Oversee Customer Complaints, Control of nonconforming, Root Cause Analyses and Corrective Action activities.
• Oversee calibration activities for all EU sites.
• Take initiative for development and maintaining of functional procedures and working instructions for all EU sites.
• Support the improvement activities of the STE iDirect Integrated Management System.
• Communicate changes and updates of the IMS.
• Collecting and analyzing company Performance Measures.
• Performing other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Assist in providing employee trainings to the different Management Systems

Qualifications:

As a prerequisite to become our Quality Management System Engineer, you:

• Posses a Bachelors degree in technical field, engineering preferred.
• Have affinity with technology is an advantage.
• Can demonstrate 5+ year experience with Quality Assurance programs in a manufacturing and corporate environment.
• EMS manufacturing environment experience, preferred.
• Posses Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Have the ability to conceptualize, analyze, plan and organize projects.
• Show reasoning skills for problem identification and resolution.
• Show knowledge and ability to understand and apply process audit principles (ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO27001/ISO45001), internal or supplier audit experience preferred.
• Have experience in quality control program within the context of an IMS, to include standards & measurement techniques.
• Have practical knowledge in tools and methods for performance measurement, data analysis and statistics.
• Are able to apply quality control practices and principles to an operational business environment.
• Posses Six Sigma or Lean skills and tools exposure advantageous.
• Are Computer literate able to utilize different software tools (MS Office, MS Project, SAP, JIRA, ).
• Must excel at working in a global team environment.
