Managing and motivating - your work demands more than standard.
* Based on your many years of practical experience in the embedded software development and testing, you will develop the test strategy for our product and drive the day-to-day test management. With your work you have a significant influence on the results in the whole project
* You are familiar with concepts and frameworks in automated testing, drive test automation forward and set the right priorities for increasing effectiveness in the project
* You drive your ideas to implementation and are directly involved in our in-house software development. You structure content clearly and, with your practical programming experience in embedded software development, you also provide technical impulses to software development teams in order to make testing more effective
* You coordinate and communicate with numerous partners inside and outside the department, take responsibility for achieving project and quality goals, and resolve conflicts with interface partners

You are more than suitable - your qualities speak in your favour.
* Completed university studies in computer science,electrical/ information technology, or comparable
* Several years of relevant professional experience, especially practical test management and programming experience in the embedded automotive environment
* Very good knowledge of relevant testing frameworks, test methodologies and software quality (ISO26262, ASPICE)
* Experience with AutoSar Classic and Adaptive, CI/CD with test automation
* ADAS Domain Knowledge is very advantageous
* Knowledge in standard automotive tools (CANoe, Monaco, ...), CAPL, C/C++, Python
* Experience with Linux, Confluence, Jira and XRAY
* You are fluent in German and English
