Campaign Planner - Digital Customer (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Campaign Planner to join the Digital Customer team. You will be instrumental in across email and push notification channels. They will work with the multiple teams around the business to create and deliver the best customer experience developing expertise in the end-to-end messaging journey (email and push channels). As a professional in campaign management, you will work with adjacent marketing teams to generate awareness and drive high-quality traffic to our site to increase and improve conversion through email marketing and push notifications. You will use your strategic, analytical, agile, digital skills to help us achieve our business goals. You are the medium through which your marketing counterparts can excel and succeed. What you will do:
Managing the weekly and monthly Digital Customer marketing calendar
Developing relationships, plan and collaborate with the pricing team regarding strategy for offers
Helping to define segmentation strategies and targeting capabilities that offer the right opportunities to the right customers in the right context
Working with internal teams to co-ordinate brand marketing campaigns
Creating processes to support end-to-end execution and promotion of multi-variate tests
About you:
Experience in a marketing role for an eCommerce or a digital-only business
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders both in person and remotely
Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal English skills
