The Senior Account Executive, Europe will report directly to the SeniorSales Manager - EuropeThe successful individual will leverage their proficiency in wholesale in:Account ManagementPlay an integral role with development and management of the commercial opportunities within the department and multi-brand stores in Europe, focusing on existing Accounts and facilitating growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales.Responsible for the management ofsales agenciesin Europe.Work closely with SeniorSales Manager for account profiling, business review, sales forecasts, budget, and regular trade meetings with accounts.Responsible for negotiating seasonal and full year budgets with clients ensuring growth in order to achieve and exceed Sales targets.Analyze and drive Y-O-Y growth of business, ensuring a strong comp business and that Sell-thru is met at agreed Seasonal level.Support Sr. Sales Manager with store openings, and key cross-functional teams on SIS partnerships & pop-up installations.Collaborate with marketing team to drive marketing strategies and initiative.Perform monthly and end of season sales analysis.Interact with operations and customer service team to ensure orders are booked correctly and shipped in a timely manner.Seasonal MarketsManage Market periods (4x a year) with efficiency, solid organization, and passionPartner with Senior Sales Manager to prospect & secure new partnerships, negotiating budget and termsAlongside Senior Sales Manager, manage key areas of market appointment including scheduling, present Kate Spade Accessories collections to clients, order confirmation, communication, etc.Order creation as well as order management (pre-orders and in-season business)Assess & influence buys based on business trends & merchandising guidelinesPresent detailed feedback post market to merchants, Planning, Field & CS teamsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of European market. Maintain regular visit to existing stores working with Field & VM teams to ensure highest standards are implementedShowroom management Munich, accountable for sample managementThe accomplished individual will possess...
