The focus is on the documentation and information of business transactions for external report recipients in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP. From day one, you will assume the technical and disciplinary leadership of one of our teams in the unit with regard to employee management, assessment and development as well as the corresponding resource and budget responsibility. You will be responsible for operational service provision and together with your team you will independently prepare financial statements. You will be responsible for the analysis and optimization of processes, while maintaining close relationships with our partners and other departments. In close cooperation with the management team and the head of department, you will contribute to the strategic development of the department and support the management of the department through regular reporting. QUALIFICATIONS completed business administration studies with a focus on finance and accounting or commercial training several years of experience in finance and accounting and ideally initial professional management experience comprehensive knowledge in the field of internal and external accounting as well as national and international accounting excellent knowledge of IFRS or French GAAP and understanding of the interrelationships in the consolidation processes of consolidated financial statements very good knowledge of English or German, French language skills are an advantage BENEFITS Location-independent working models with defined presence days in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
