Job description

*To engage with Red Bull's target audience, Red Bull Media House produces, distributes, and publishes authentic content and inspirational entertainment programming in the sports and lifestyle genres. Therefore, an understanding of how our global audience consumes it is key to driving its success.*
Working in the Media Data Quality Team, you will be supporting its aim to establish a streamlined and quality-controlled reporting across the entire Red Bull Group. We seek to increase data reliability for all Analytics Teams by streamlining the company's performance data demands across the Paid-Earned-Managed-Owned data ecosystem and the connected reporting tools.

*#DATA QUALITY IS KEY*
In this position you will perform data quality checks on various master data management systems, and within various media analytics tools introduced to you. You will monitor Data Quality across various data endpoints (database and connected dashboards, self-serving tools) and collaborate to resolve the users' incidents and requests.

*#GOVERNANCE AND AUTOMATION*
In addition, you will support setting up data quality guidelines and governance for Marketing & Media data across all involved systems and workflows.
Having a future-thinking approach, we are adopting 'automation first' solutions. Our team triggers and manages the execution of processes automation initiatives.

*#PROJECT MANAGEMENT MINDSET*
In this exciting role, you will introduce innovation into data quality processes. Therefore, you will help coordinate cross-functional alignment between Red Bull HQ, Red Bull Media House, and the Country organization and support building a plan and following it through to completion using project management techniques.

*SPARRING PARTNER*
You will establish effective and trustworthy working relationships with senior management and key stakeholders in the different departments. In doing so, you'll get a good understanding of various business areas of the "World of Red Bull," and your task will be to recognize and create action points from their challenges and opportunities.

*Your areas of knowledge and expertise*
*that matter most for this role: *

* Minimum 1-2 years of work experience including data quality management and working in a cross functional environment in a related field
* Relevant university degree e.g.: in Data Science / Statistics / Media / Marketing / Business Administration with strong interest in data
* Fluent in written and spoken English (any other language considered an asset)
* Prior experience in digital media data/analytics projects, marketing communication, agency, or consulting roles
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving & analytical skills
* Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills and basic SQL
* Experienced in working within a fast-paced, agile environment, within a global organization, experience with project management tools is a plus
* High level of personal energy and drive & strong communication skills
* Proven client service and relationship building skills
* Travel up to 10%
