About the role

Quickly understanding the domain of wealth design, investments, finances, and tax structuring.

• You design, iterate, and support products by solving complex problems, turning them into inspiring experiences and creating value for users.
• You are an active member of our multidisciplinary product teams and enjoy team collaboration whilst promoting a live feedback culture.
• You will participate in the sprint planning & dailies and represent the product team
• Together with the engineering team leads you will take care of the backlog
• You will create feature descriptions and, together with the UI/UX Designer, provide everything needed for engineering to implement a feature
• You will represent the needs of our users and are passionate about deriving key insights through conducting frequent user research.
  
  

About Our Working Environment

Our team is cross-functional, self-organising, and autonomous. We have a flat hierarchy and as part of the product development team, you'll be working directly with our founders and partners in a collaborative manner. Among other things, our product development process includes the following:

• Iteration planning meeting Monday morning.
• Preparing the product backlog and prioritisation for the next week's iteration planning
• Continuously revisit the backlog priorities
• We start daily with a planning meeting
• We finish the week with a retrospective
• We thrive with continuous improvement and have the humility to do so

What we expect

We are searching for people to join us who are driven to find solutions, using a wide variety of skills and strengths in their role. Your key contribution will be to help define, de-risk, and execute against our product vision. Your personality will highlight:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company
• Intrinsic motivation to contribute and develop solutions for tasks and needs
• Adaptable and flexible in the face of changing structures and priorities
• Ability to stay focused and self organised and confident in executing your responsibilities
• An empathetic approach to understanding the product and team needs
• Working with a sense of humility and a growth mindset

Your Skills Include
Needed Skills:

• Creation and management of product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria writing
• Analysing and translating complex needs to executable and prioritised requirements
• Excellent English and at least B2 German
• Knowledge / passion for finance, accounting or economics
• Experience in agile / user centric principles
• Integrator work style skills / type
• Able to view the larger picture and see clearly within the complexity
• Strong communicator
• Out of the box thinker

Bonus skills:

• Knowledge of starting and managing all types of User Research
• Technical background and knowledge of programming
• Knowledge in the fields of brokers and broker systems and tax background
