Your tasks:

• You will be leading and structuring our new Talent Acquisition with regards to the strong international growth strategy of the sonnen Group
  
• The further development of our recruitment and HR marketing standards, processes, tools and methods and their implementation in our ATC SuccessFactors will be your continous tasks.
  
• You will help us to select, develop and manage external partnerships
  
• Planning, management and recruitment of vacancies for senior employees of the sonnen Group is within your exptertice. This includes the analysis of requirements, the development of suitable search strategies and selection as well as the support of the onboarding process
  
• As an expert for the candidate experience, you will act as a central point of contact for the sonnen Group's specialists and managers, advising them on fundamental issues of personnel marketing and recruiting
  
• Your tasks are mainly related to Germany but as a Talent Acquisition Expert, you will also support and advise the recruiting strategies of the group companies in Europe
  
• You will establish a talent pool and a stable network for the long-term to strategically secure specialists and executives
  
• You will be reporting to the C-Level of the company regularly
  

Your profile:

Your profile:

• A university degree in a relevant field
  
• Several years of relevant work experience in in-house talent acquisition/retention management
  
• Extensive experience in recruiting senior positions using progressive methods and tools
  
• Proven track record in managing challenging recruitment projects and working with demanding internal clients
  
• Good expertise in personnel marketing and practical experience in the implementation of corresponding concepts
  
• Very good empathy and interpersonal skills, high level of consulting skills and service orientation as well as balanced pragmatism
  
• Prudent stakeholder management in complex international structures
  
• Previous team leadership experience would be prefered and an interest in strong team spirit and; a trustful and open collaboration should be given
  
• Ideally practical experience in the renewable energy environment
  
• Fluent language skills in German and English
