Job Summary:

Ensure accurate Demand Planning for finished, promotional and non-revenue products for the Germany (DE), Austria (AT) and Switzerland (CH) sales region.
Coordinate Hill's VET channel 3PLs. Drive efficient and reliable performance from the logistical providers through timely KPI reporting, improvement (savings) activities and follow up.
Manage ordering and inventory control of Premium and POS materials.

Responsibilities:

Demand Planning
Review and adjust statistical forecast for the DE/AT/CH sales organizations in APO DP monthly
Manage promotional- and new products forecast in APO DP monthly
Review adjust Non Revenue forecast for DE/AT/CH monthly
Responsible for Demand Planning results for DE/AT/CH Cluster
Develop and maintain Demand Planning KPI reporting for DE/AT/CH
Leverage point of sale data to forecast trends, as well as, in-stock levels in order to determine the impact on supply chain key performance indicators
Participate in monthly CBP discipline for DE/AT/CH
Run monthly Demand Planning Meeting for DE/AT/CH
3PL Specialist
Ensure follow up of order status and timely delivery to the customer
Handle complaints in an effective and timely manner; arrange logistics when needed.
Register complaints in an accurate manner to guarantee follow up, ensure accurate reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of loyalty programs.
Manage backorder status.
Monthly transport planning
Interface to regional replenishment team
Project support & Back-up
Ad hoc systems or service-related project support
AOB
Monitor sample/POS/POP shipments DE/AT/CH
Recycling statistics
SKU management
First Line support Hybris + enhancements

Qualifications:

Education/ Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree in logistics or other relevant field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, inventory control and logistics
Must be fluent in English (both spoken and written), knowledge of German is preferred

Expected Areas of Knowledge Skills and Abilities
General knowledge/understanding of end to end business processes. Relevant knowledge of logistics processes, from picking through delivery and billing. Relevant knowledge of order entry and its impact, promotional executions, trade fairs and related administrative work.
Required Skills & Knowledge: Analytical skills and initiative, self-motivation, excellent judgment and communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Knowledge: Cross functional Supply Chain Experience. Familiarity with SAP R/3 is a must, SAP APO/SNP preferred.
Confidence to challenge the status quo and promote new and better processes and ways of working through influencing people at all levels of the organization.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint).
