Preparation annual VAT return, quarterly withholding tax returns and payroll tax returnsManagement R&D claim process for the German entitiesAssistance with the preparation of the annual domestic transfer pricing formalitiesTax review of the annual accounts and tax analysis for financial auditorsMonitor changes in Tax legislation and international developments impacting the German entitiesSupport group tax team in implementation of tax projects and transfer pricing policies impacting the German entitiesTax Residence certificate requestsLiaise with German tax administration, manage and support in tax auditsIdentification/Update Statutory to tax temporary and permanent differencesPreparation working papers to support current and deferred positionsUpdate income tax accrual tableQuarterly review of the annual effective tax rate and determination of a tax payment forecast scheduleAnforderungsprofilUniversity Degree in Tax law or in Accounting or similiar qualificationSolid experience acquired in the tax department Qualification of tax advisor (Steuerberater) preferred but not requiredThorough knowledge of and experience with German corporate tax laws, domestic corporate taxfilings, US tax accounting as well as US GAAP knowledge requiredAbility to manage relationships with various in- and external stakeholders including German taxauthoritiesExtensive use of Microsoft Excel & Word and experience with tax and accounting software preferredGood communication and writing skills to interact with various departments, good analytical andorganizational skills and detail oriented, full professional proficiency in German and English Vergütungspaketattraktives Gehaltspaketinternationales UmfeldBeratername: Thibault JunakReferenznummer: JN
