Compensation & Benefits Specialist*
City: Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Tasks

  • Analyse, design and advance the compensation programs on an European level
  • Develop criteria to evaluate the job architecture to perform compensation benchmarking
  • Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks to ensure fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
  • Create a consistent compensation guideline that matches our work and organizational culture, review and assess pay scales, base pay and incentives
  • Conception, implementation and further development of performance evaluation and variable remuneration systems
  • Ensure the implementation of our compensation processes into our HCM Information System
  • Prepare analytics, presentations and communication material
  • Partner with and manage various internal stakeholders from the business, the local organizations, finance and legal as well as employee representatives
  • Participating in the development, implementation, and administration of various strategic European wide HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree in economics, business administration, finance or in another relevant field
  • Good methodological knowledge and work experience in the area of compensation & benefits, including job evaluation procedures, compensation concepts and fringe benefits
  • Structured and independent way of working with strong analytical skills
  • International and intercultural experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Very good English skills; Good German skills would be of advantage
  • Affinity to numbers, analytics, technically supported workflows as well as excellent MS Office skills, Power BI
  • Experience with SAP HCM system and related applications would be a plus
