Job description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In your function you will be responsible for the development of system software for safety-critical applications in real time
You also maintain the inventory software under Windows/Linux/QNX/Android
You support the development and integration of a real-time bus
Furthermore, you will carry out integration and module tests
The creation of documentation accompanying the development is also part of your area of responsibility
You determine the interfaces with adjacent areas (system, hardware development)
Finally, you will be responsible for coordination and agreement with external partners
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
You have successfully completed your scientific studies in the field of communications engineering, IT or similar
Furthermore, you are familiar with bus systems for secure and time-critical data transmission
You also have extensive knowledge and experience with various operating systems (LINUX, Windows, QNX)
Furthermore, you are an expert in programming in C/C++
You have experience in UML as well as in the programming of safety-critical software (EN 61508)
You also have several years of experience in the area of hardware-related software development of time-critical system controls
Furthermore you are communicative, committed and independent
You are fluent in German
