WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a service-oriented Accounts Payable with an affinity for processes, you'll be part of our multinational Finance Team, where you'll be responsible for recording and booking incoming invoices. You'll also provide support on the taxation of monetary benefits and ensure the relevant documentation. Using your accounting skills, you will assist our various departments in regard to all questions concerning accounts payable. Your other tasks will include entering and updating supplier information and maintaining our supplier contract database. Your strong talent for numbers will make it easy for you to check payment runs, process open items, and clarify and reconcile accounts. Finally, you'll help the team in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, while your process orientation will enable you to provide competent support on procurement and supplier management projects.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • You have successfully completed commercial training.
  • You also have relevant experience working in bookkeeping, finance, and accounting, ideally at a service-oriented company.
  • You have basic accounting skills.
  • You are proficient in MS Office software, especially Excel.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.

YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will be part of a four-person team, working closely with your colleagues in the Düsseldorf and Munich offices. The team is made up of a wide variety of profiles, including linguists and IT specialists. Together, they complement each other perfectly, allowing them to advance the digital and analytics topic in the best possible way. Your manager will assist you in familiarizing yourself with the company and developing professionally. You will also always be able to draw on the experience of your coworkers.
