Location: Eschweiler, Germany Contract details: Permanent, Full-Time Travel requirements: up to 15% domestically and internationally Start date: asap Contact person: Martina Erens In this role, you will be responsible for all Maintenance and Asset Management programs, globally. In congress with the Senior Manager, Global Manufacturing Maintenance, Asset Management you will lead a global approach for Preventive maintenance, Asset Management, Overhaul and Global spare-part Management. Furthermore, you will create globally aligned processes for the maintenance of standard key equipment, and you will share this with the sites. You will also establish a strategy for global spare parts including standardization of spare parts, use and allocation process. Moreover, you will develop maintenance task lists for equipment, and you will be collaborating across the Global Manufacturing Engineering team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead equipment criticality studies for new and existing equipment Standardize Maintenance plans, coordinate with the sites and develop a global approach Support the Maintenance Capex budget process along with periodic reviews and measures Setup Maintenance management routines Propose installation of new equipment or modifications to existing equipment to improve quality and throughput or reduce machine costs Work with the sites and the local Engineering Network to increase machine availability, reliability and control machine lifetime cost Support SAP PM projects for Global Engineering, work with the sites and the Engineering Network Lead the efforts towards continuous improvement in quality, service and costs Train and mentor the engineering and site maintenance teams You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field experience You have at least 5 years of work experience in Maintenance and Engineering You are proficient with Microsoft Office suite software and project management software You possess advanced working knowledge of Maintenance systems as well as of applicable federal and international regulations such as 21CFR Parts 210 and ideally 211.
