Quality Coordinator (*)

Your tasks:

To coordinate the work within SDS to maintain and continuously improve the quality. management system, in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
To support and coordinate the Process Owners in their work to develop SDS services, e.g. by helping them to implement new and revised processes (including training).
To perform internal audits in aligment with the Quality Manager to examine compliance with internal processes.
To provide company level reporting of SDS's quality performance to internal and external stakeholders.
To provide competence within SDS regarding quality management. To monitor and ensure the implementation within SDS of rules and regulations in the quality field, e.g. DB Schenker corporate instructions.
To coordinate the implementation of DB Schenker corporate instructions within SDS in general.
To maintain and educate on the IT system supporting the quality and environmental management systems at SDS (Docpoint).
To provide and support the creation of process documentation (Docpoint).
