Strategic Account Executive:You are an enthusiastic, highly motivated, results-oriented and dynamic individual, comfortable working in a young international company with high growth ambitions.
We are looking for a great salesperson with business and service acumen, interested in hunting for new client logos while managing its existing client portfolio of top international corporates.
With Learnship, you will be part of a success story in defining a new area of the learning and development industry for business language and intercultural training for top global corporations in EMEA. You will be working as a part of successful international teams of Account Executives, Customer Success Managers and Marketers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have a hunting track record with strong pipeline management skills; from prospecting new clients to closing deals.
- You are experienced sales professional with 2+ years of work experience of successful value based / consultative B2B solution-selling.
- You can interact confidently on different management levels, preferably in SaaS/solution sales in medium sized, large and multinational corporations.
- You have strategic business development and enterprise account management skills.
- You have big interest to develop in EdTech and SaaS.
- English (at least C1) is a must and a second language (e.g. German) is a plus.
- A strong passion for languages and culture is necessary.
- Client relationships / networks in the learning and development business is a strong plus.
- Success in working with large transactions and lengthy sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and create new opportunities in your territory in collaboration with our international sales organization worldwide.
- Manage and hold overall responsibility for a portfolio of global and national accounts.
- Show hands-on negotiation and field activity on large bids / tenders.
- Identify customer requirements, possible implementation solutions as well as consultancy in line with the Learnship product portfolio.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities.
- Analyse business trends, pipeline status and forecasts and provide full visibility of business potential through the CRM reporting tool.
- Define and execute sales plans for assigned accounts.
