My eProc Consultant - Paris - 12 Months Contract

Essential:- Advanced SAP MM & UI5 expertise and purchasing process. The service will be carried out in French and English in a multicultural context.

My eProc Consultant Description of work

Support for the construction and deployment of the My eProc solution. Project to adapt the My eProc solution to the specificities of the client.

My eProc Consultant Tasks to be carried out

• Design
• Participation in needs definition workshops
• Deliverable proofreading
• Build
• Interactions with the integrator
• Intermediate workshops
• UAT preparation
• Details of the profession
• Test of the solution
• Test plan monitoring (preparation/BAT-business acceptance)
• Monitoring of anomalies (declaration/resolution)
• Management of arbitrations
• Change Management
• Webinar & communication training plan
• Deliverables transfer skills (videos, Ppt, etc)

As part of the deployment of the My eProc solution:

• Preliminary contacts with the subsidiaries according to the deployment schedule
• Configuration of the solution
• Verification of the organizational scope: SAP systems, purchasing organization, company, division etc. and to analyse
• Data Collection of Legacy systems
• Review of generic articles and suppliers
• Constitution of DoA tables (delegation of powers)
• Preparation of technical files for role creation
• Review of SOD errors of roles and migrations
  • Training of key-users to perform the tests
  • Training of key-users in data administration in SAP
  • Assistance to users during the user testing phase
  • Corrections management and implementation monitoring
  • Training of end users (webinar)
  • Monitoring of production start-up and follow-up of defects
  • Hypercare of key users: first level of responses to users in case of questions, blockages
  • Responsive business coordination/anomalies integrator
  • Tests after delivery of corrections by the integrator
  • Participation in the overall monitoring of the deployment project
