The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its revenues, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Providing skilled level support for all Live-well Intervention services, focusing particularly on coiled tubing tooling and coiled tubing or e-line conveyed plug, packer and inflatable solutions
• Developing commercial proposals in response to customer enquiries
• Promoting Wellbore Intervention products and services to existing and new customers
• Developing technical solutions for customer wells involving Live-well Intervention services
• Ensuring flawless execution of assigned projects
• Assisting in investigations into unexpected or unsatisfactory product performance to determine root cause and preventative actions
• Promoting introduction of new technology into the market and handling special projects as assigned

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or similar field or a High School Diploma with relevant experience in a similar role
• Have solid technical knowledge of Live-well products and services
• Have good team working and communication skills
