Take ownership for leading complex projects
As a Systems Engineer, you'll be the design authority for the delivery and execution of projects. You'll work directly with customers, understanding their needs and requirements. You'll have a varied role, planning workshops, being onsite in a manufacturing setting or providing technical guidance for development and deployment of control systems
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting customer projects, providing technical leadership for design, scope, requirements, specifications, and successful delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional project team to set timelines, create solutions and support the implementation of the project
- Executing system testing to ensure system design meets customer requirements
- Developing and delivering products and processes across the organisation to ensure safety and compliance
- Building efficient relationships with internal and external customers to provide a high-level of service delivery

- Demonstrate experience in system engineering within any industry that develops complex systems
- Have an enthusiasm for solving technical problems
- Be excited by learning new technologies and understanding how these apply to different industries
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear, concise manner
- Have a natural ability to motivate and influence a team of engineers and technical experts
- Demonstrate excellent written, reporting and presentation skills
