Baker Hughes supports full lifecycle of customers' asset from pre-commissioning to decommissioning. We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency and maximize throughput. Our solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for Oil & Gas, power generation, metals, and other process industries.

Partner with the best

As a Proposals Analyst you'll prepare proposals and bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. You will contribute to the operational plan of own department.

As a Proposals Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Developing proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
• Leading a department of large personnel costs
• Handling Low - Medium - region size, stable region, established market presence
• Handling targeted clients
• Contributing to prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks.
• Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with demonstrable experience in Sales)
• Be able to work unaccompanied and demonstrate leadership skills
• Have commercial experience and awareness of pricing, bids and the tendering process
• Demonstrate good problem solving skills
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
