*Bela Recruitment *is currently seeking a *Maintenance Manager (Strong **Electrical & Mechanical knowledge required)*for a company based in *Lisburn, Antrim/Down, Northern Ireland.*

*Salary £40,000 - £50,000 depending on skills and experience.*

*Responsibilities*
· As a Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the optimum reliability of facilities, plant and equipment.
· You will need strong Electrical & Mechanical knowledge, ideally gained in another manufacturing business which has CNC, Robotics etc
· Lead the site maintenance function providing both reactive & proactive works across all equipment and site facilities.
· Responsible for scheduling works, reporting, increasing effectiveness, project management, failure & downtime reductions, driving improvement plans and training.
Improve working practices and processes, drive department KPI's and ensure all H&S and Environmental standards are adhered to.
· You will be a natural leader, driving best practices and ensuring standard policies and procedures are the best, while also mentoring & leading your department.

*Requirements*
· Time Served Maintenance Engineer, with the ability to work across Electrical, Mechanical and other systems and hold relevant Manufacturing/Engineering Qualifications.
· Extensive plant level experience with significant proven man-management experience.
· Completed a fully indentured apprenticeship with a mechanical/electrical/electronic discipline.
· Understanding & practical experience implementing Lead Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement techniques.
· Excellent leadership, people, and communication skills are a must.
· Excellent organisational, analytical and follow up skills are a must.
· Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are a must.

£40,000 - £50,000
Day shift hours - Mon-Fri, but must be flexible towards business needs.
Plus 34 days annual leave.
