Job description

We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for an Admissions and Conversion Administrator to become a key member of our Enquiries and Admissions department.

As an Admissions and Conversion Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Delivering a high-quality student admissions service, in line with the Group's admissions policy, customer service charter and set service standards, to support the achievement of recruitment targets and maximise conversion from application to enrolment.
  • Inputting, updating, maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of all data that is recorded on the Group's customer relationship management (CRM) system and student records system, and to comply with all recruitment processes related to the customer journey.

Our ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience of working in an administration role, including meeting targets and deadlines and experience of working to demanding deadlines and under pressure, alongside the following qualifications:

  • A good standard of education up to Level 3 (such as A-Levels or equivalent),
  • English and mathematics at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent
  • Evidence of continued professional development
  • A Level 3 business administration qualification, or the willingness to undertake this

Contract Type - Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd) - Fixed Term till September 2022

20 hours per week (0.51282 FTE) / 52 weeks per year, pro rata

273 hours holiday per annum, pro rata

An Enhanced DBS check will be required and you will be required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands or final warnings, which would not be filtered in line with current guidance.
