Bedford - Permanent - Finance

Our client is a successful fast-growing SAAS Fintech company based in Bedford providing market leading software solutions into the finance sector. They partner with a selection of key global clients to provide first class disruptive technologies and solutions.

We are now looking for an ambitious Help desk Analyst. Ideally you will have some experience of a busy helpdesk/support environment with a keen interest in technology.

Experience of Financial Services would also be useful.

This will be a fantastic opportunity for career advancement into several IT type disciplines, whether that be a technical path or a more Project Management/Business Analysis orientated route.

Skills & Knowledge required:

• Experience of providing a high-quality customer service
• High level of general IT literacy and some understanding of web and or software technologies
• Takes ownership of problems and sees them through to a successful conclusion
• Have an analytical and creative approach to problem solving with the ability to work on your own to fully investigate issues to understand the root cause and suggest long term solutions
• Ability to learn quickly, conscientious & motivated whilst working in a fast-paced environment
• Ambitious team player with a Can Do attitude
• Experience of working under pressure to high standards
• Lateral thinker with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges
• Fluent in business English language - with excellent written and verbal skills
