Overview:

Are you a Drainage professional who is sick of price work and the uncertainty of the day to day nature of your role? Want to come in to a role & company where you can really kick on, develop your skillset further in a sector and environment where the sky is the limit?

We are looking for people who have established Drainage Engineer skills, but want to continue their development in a role where you are invested in.

We are an engineering company where "drainage" is only 1 aspect of the role, we would look to train you on the other aspects we carry out, meaning you will become a far more rounded and skilled individual (groundworknig, engineering etc.).

The way we work is perfect for a "work / life" balance. It is a "salaried role" and there are some potential options of overtime (not loads), but we want our people to work 40 hour a week and no more - we think it's important for you to be happy at home and in work!

The person:

We are open to the person & sector here - but we want a professional who is maybe not he finished article yet, but wants to develop and wants a real career in a UK and world leading company. A candidate who wants to continue their development.

There is some work across the UK, so the odd night away may be part of the role - we'll look after you if that's the case though!

The role:

A hugely autonomous role where you can manage your own diary. The work carried out will be classic drainage - so High pressure Water Jetting work, Undertake / supervise Dig Outs etc. - but we will be training you on other aspects of work we carry out.

Ideally, CCTV / Drainage survey experience would be marvelous (knowledge on WinCan VX).
