37.5 hours per week

Starting salary £37,662 per annum

There is room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding up to £43,677 on a competency-based framework.

We have an exciting opportunity for a new role, Head of Volunteering to join our award winning team, having recently been awarded the Queens Award for Voluntary Service.

Can you help us build and develop new community relationships and realise the potential of existing, emerging and new volunteering opportunities?

Can you develop and deliver a volunteering strategy which builds on our successes and is aligned to our long-term organisational plan?

This is a varied role with a high degree of autonomy and the potential to really impact our business with the scope to bring in innovative thinking across volunteer recruitment, retention, and management.

Volunteering runs through everything we do at Keech. From providing the best possible experience for the people we support and look after, to fundraising in the community or playing a pivotal role in the success of our shops, involving the community in our work matters more than ever. The successful candidate will have extensive volunteering management experience, the ability to contribute at a strategic level, and is looking for an opportunity to shape the volunteering function. A strong influencer who can work collaboratively, has experience in developing innovative ideas and embedding diversity, equality and inclusion within volunteering.
