This role will be based from our Belfast office with a hybrid working option (2-3 days from home per week) - for the right candidate, we would also consider 100% remote working from anywhere within the UK.The Sales team at MRP works with new and existing businesses of all shapes and sizes. As the Senior Sales Operations Specialist , you will partner with senior Sales and Operations leadership and the broader Sales team to drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of the segment.Responsibilities include resource planning, go-to-market analysis, reporting, sales process optimization and sales program implementation.We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environments, and solving problems with limited oversight.The ideal candidate will have significant experience: (1) running high volume sales and operations teams, (2) working with regional and global leaders to drive operational growth and achieve customer goals, and (3) the ability to work cross functionally with Sales, IT, Marketing and leadership to drive change.Your initial focus will be working with Sales Development to identify, plan and roll out programs to accelerate revenue and customer growth in 2021 and into 2022.You Will:Work with the VP of Inside Sales to develop strong operating rhythms that ensure effective delivery of customer campaignsPartners with ISS Directors to put in place the right cadences, reporting and processes to hit internal goalsConduct and enable regular business reviews and resource planningDefine, manage, and provide insights on key performance metricsDevelop and execute initiatives designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivityCreate and manage operational processesDesign workflows and playbooks for sales teamsOversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teamsWe're looking for someone who has:4+ years of sales, strategy, and operations experience in a high-volume sales environment, or operational experience in project management, banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights / analytics rolesStrong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problemsHas experience working with large data sets (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL skills)Has an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentalityWorks well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environmentAbout us:MRP is an International Software MarTech company who specialise in helping clients achieve their revenue goals by combining cutting edge predictive analytics with a full suite of account-based marketing services to acquire new customers, faster.
