Maxegan Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager to join a leading global client based in Berkshire.

Within this role, you will be managing the Salesforce team, working closely with the business to ensure effective day-to-day running of the system whilst also identifying and implementing continuous improvement.

Duties include:

• Providing effective management to the Salesforce team
• Actively engage in all phases of the application life cycle
• Contribute technical Salesforce expertise and knowledge
• Assisting with design, configuration, administration, support, testing and deployment of applications
• Manage security of the application instances
• Work closely with the business to understand requirements and convert these into technical specifications

For this role, you will need:

• Strong hands-on Salesforce background with a solid understanding of best practices
• Substantial understanding of the Salesforce platform - ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content
• Sound ability to manage and provide effective leadership, working with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects and a high attention to detail
• A capable ability to understand business processes and challenges whilst developing technical solutions to ensure efficiency
