Recruiter

Home Based with some travel to Head Office required
Up to £45,000 per annum based on experience
35 hours per week
The role will be a fixed term contract until March 2023
Hours 9am -5pm with some flexibility

Ben is the support service for people who work or have worked in the automotive industry. We support people with a wide range of issues; from support in a crisis to tips, advice and tools to improve health and wellbeing - at any stage of life.

Ben also owns and operates three care homes, a retirement village and a day care centre, that support automotive industry people, but also support people in the wider community too.

As a Recruiter you will lead on the development and delivery of resourcing strategies and solutions that support Ben to meet its business objectives. You will work closely with HR colleagues to ensure the provision of a seamless and joined up end to end recruitment service to the organisation. To Support, Coach and Develop managers in the effective operation of the online recruitment system and processes.

Your role will require you to advise our managers on a wide range of recruitment issues, processes and procedures. Support manager by coaching, mentoring to improve capability and competency in implementing online recruitment systems and effective recruitment practices and procedures. Manage procuring and establishing effective working relationships 3rd Party providers to source suitable candidates

The job holders experience of working in a senior recruitment consultant role and their experience of advising managers on a wide range of recruitment issues, processes and procedures will help support an efficient and streamlined recruitment process.

To succeed in the role, you will be able to demonstrate experience as a recruiter within a small - medium size organisation that is going through change and have experience of working in the HR team and recruiting to vacancies successfully within the business focusing on care services.
