Job role:
As a Faculty Coordinator, your role would include a variety of duties including supporting our Lifestyles faculty with registers, timetables, communications with parents and students and the delivery of study programmes as well as assisting with coordinating student interviews and assessments.
You will be fully embedded within the department and would be responsible for organising student files as well as helping to plan the working of the faculty with directors for the academic year's cycle of business/ work for teachers. This would include supporting timetabling and the preparation and upkeep of registers, and helping organise faculty open days, award ceremonies and more.
This is a permanent, part time role and you would be contracted to work 22 hours per week based at our Reading College Campus. Travel between campuses may be required at times.

Your role would include responsibilities such as to safeguard the welfare of children, young persons and other vulnerable people for whom you come into contact with, ensuring a learning environment where students feel safe and supported, and British values are celebrated. You would be expected to be accountable for your own safety and that of colleagues/ visitors to the workplace. To work in a flexible manner and be willing to undertake other duties as reasonably requested.
