May be remote in the UK or at our Maidenhead location in office.DescriptionThe Account Executive will be responsible for managing some accounts but primarily generating revenue by driving strategic sales activity and creating satisfied customers, ultimately driving enterprise-wide sales initiatives into a territory supporting our product lines.Key Strategic ResponsibilitiesConsulted on the evaluation, definition, and creation of an agreed upon approach to opportunities available in various markets, and how Cincom will meet these markets and their various problems with products to match those needs.Territory Management: Responsible for the identification and definition of clear territory markets to achieve access that will allow Cincom to focus individual account executives on the achievement of revenue goals.Lead Management: Consulted on the process of managing leads to move through from an expressed interest for a Cincom product at varied levels of qualification from a potential account. Records, assigns, develops, closes and reports these leads.Pipeline Management: Responsible for the process of the movement of qualified leads through a legitimate sales cycle and sets controls for the monitoring of that sales cycle.Sales Profitability Management: Responsible for defining, budgeting, planning, and tracking sales revenue and expenses.Deal Management: Responsible for defining the process for arriving at a deal with regard to the terms and conditions for product sale and controls the closing of said deal.Opportunity Management: Responsible for assigning resources and activities needed to mature sales qualified leads to a deal and reporting progress through the sales cycle.Win/Loss Management: Consulted on defining, analyzing, and disseminating information regarding the win rate of Cincom sales opportunities and developing corrective actions to improve the overall win rate.Services Program Management: Responsible for the identification and allocation of resources to maximize the outcome for multiple/various projects.Customer Relationship Management: Responsible for developing an understanding of the account's business, organization, individuals and current and future needs, so that Cincom may deliver ongoing mutual value.Contract Management: Consulted on ensuring compliance to the specific terms and conditions agreed upon between Cincom and its customer accounts.Product Fulfillment: Responsible for the delivery of products to an account on an ongoing basis.Product Support: Consulted on the delivery of assistance to active accounts in the use and remediation of products as specified in the support guide and agreed upon deal.Essential Functional ResponsibilitiesManages assigned geographic territory.Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or territories.Builds and maintains a network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain new prospects.Prospects via cold calling and introductory calls for new business opportunities.Observes and participates in presenting products and services that can benefit the customer's needs.Attends initial sales meetings and client meetings.Interprets technical language to current and potential clients.Meets sales targets as set by manager and contributes to team targets.Writes proposals and negotiates terms of contracts.Manages workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.Ensure and maintain progression of opportunities by continued use of blue sheets.Manage customer and contact activity into the Cincom Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to execute on the Global Sales Process (GSP).Work with Marketing to identify and initiate campaigns for lead generation.
