The Role:

You will cover all aspects of purchasing land, from working with agents through to canvassing sites and reaching out to land owners directly. Salaries and packages will reflect your experience and what you can bring to the company. You will be reporting into the Land Director and working closely with others in the department. You will be expected to have previous success in the locations covered, having strong contacts with land agents and very good local knowledge

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

* Recent experience purchasing land for residential schemes over 50 units

* Land knowledge of Bucks, Berks, Oxon and Herts

It is desirable to have:

* Worked for a top 10 Developer
