Exciting opportunity to be part of the Labcorp 2022 Global Internship Program as a Proposal Management Intern in either Leeds or Maidenhead

As a Labcorp intern, you will have the opportunity to support meaningful assignments that compliment an education in STEM+ Business and Healthcare disciplines, and are inspiring and valuable in our mission to improve health and improve lives across the globe. * About the Team: *

* The global proposal management team is a group of professionals who bring together the technical and scientific experts across Labcorp to develop persuasive client facing documents around managing potential clinical studies.
* This exciting work includes both budget and text development, interacting with all levels of subject matter expert's across the company, insight into new and cutting edge drug development techniques, and hands on project management experience.
* Most opportunities are assigned to a pair of proposal managers, which will give you the ability to work with a variety of professionals across all regions of the world in this global position.

* Internship Assignment Summary: *

* Learn all aspects of the appropriate proposal process (text, quote, budget) (ie collating data, following up with other departments, meeting minutes, etc)
* Learn to review and analyze RFP documents to promote understanding of client requirements.
* Shadow applicable strategic and operational calls related to the opportunity
* Work across the organization in matrix environment to facilitate the process and complete deliverables
* Shadow the drafting of standard documents in accordance with agreed strategy and Sponsor expectations under the pressure of changing timelines
Education/Qualifications:
* Working towards bachelor's degree in Informatics
* Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
* Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
* Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
