Quality Analyst

Duration: Permanent

Location: Southampton, 80 - 90 % remote

Salary: 60000 - 70000

Do you have strong experience troubleshooting and testing software application and would you like to maximize the quality of the production features?

Sentinel is working with a global organisation, looking for a Quality Analyst to join their team in Southampton to contribute to their new and existing projects.

Responsibilities:

As the Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for:

- Maximizing the quality of the production features.

- Improving the testability by finding and closing gaps in test coverage.

- Ensuring the software meets the user requirements, performance threshold and usability standards.

- Designing and building automation smoke, feature, and regression tests.

- Cooperating with product owners, architects, and software engineers in Agile environment.

- Writing and maintaining test automation code.

- Cooperating on enhancement of the continuous integration systems and virtual labs.

Skills & Experience

- 3+ years' experience troubleshooting and testing software applications

- Experience with SQL based RDBMS, DML &DDL.

- Be familiar with CI, CD, DevOps tools and Scripting (ie Jenkins, Artifactory, ).

- Experience with writing functional test scripts.
