Technical Co-ordinator

Location: M4/M40 Corridor / North London borders

Salary: Competitive salary + Package + Car

Perks: Flexible working available 2/3 DAYS A WEEK

Our client has an opportunity for a Technical Co-ordinator to join their successful and growing team covering the M4/ M40 and North London region where you be involved in creating beautifully designed new homes with one of the UK's leading house-builders, committed to the highest standards of design, construction and service.

About the Client

The Client has real focus on delivering quality which differentiates them from the competition where they have gained a reputation built on quality.

As a Technical Co-ordinator you will be an integral part of the technical department, overseeing external Architectural and Engineering Consultants, involving the project management and administration of all design and technical matters for various residential projects. You will be reporting to the Technical Director.

You will gain the full support you need to develop you in the business and be given clear objectives. Adaptability and strong in your management approach with a consistent approach to managing external consultants will be key for this role

Key Requirements for the role of Technical Coordinator: -

You will have a technical/architectural or engineering background preferably with a degree or HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant building related subject. It's likely that you will have worked for a residential developer and possibly you are looking to progress your career with a national business.

In some instances we will consider candidates from architectural practices or engineering consultancy who have proven project management skills.
