Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Site Management
  • Perform Financial Close & Local Reporting
  • Inventory reconciliation & Control
  • Apply Corporate policies and accounting rules / Internal controls
  • Drive local Process & Systems improvement
  • Cost Management
  • Product Costing
  • With Plant Functions (Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, etc) - identify & implement Cost Saving opportunities
  • Support with Quarterly Forecast & Annual Budget processes
  • Capital Project Appraisal, Capex management & Ad Hoc Analysis
  • Co-ordinate Fixed Asset Physical counts
  • Support Country Finance team on Profitability analysis
  • Support Central Finance activities

Education Qualifications:

  • Recognized Professional Accountancy Qualification

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Month-end, annual budgeting & Quarterly Forecasts.
  • Decision support, Business partner, business controller
  • Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications and typically 3 or more years of experience (ideally within a Manufacturing environment).

  • Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • High level of resilience (Compounding is a fast-moving challenging business)

Additional Requirements:

  • Expert in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Availability to travel (~20% max)
  • English: Native or bilingual proficiency required,
