What you will be doing
Are you a self-motivated administrator who is ready to support the CEO's Executive Assistant and CEO Office with the business life of our inspiring and passionate CEO?
We need a new team member to help support the EA to the CEO with running the CEO's office. This role will be key in helping to keep the CEO's office fully organised, professional, on time and delivering its purpose effectively and to the highest of standards.
Our CEO is extremely hands-on, interested and involved in all aspects of the business and she is passionate about people, our Values and our Behaviours. Serving customers is at the heart of the role, you will be supporting our strategic ambitions and initiatives, supporting her communications with customers, employees, high profile stakeholders, board members, senior executives, and public figures daily.
You will be down to earth, sociable, warm, and tactful with a great sense of humour, happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved with a can-do attitude. Able to work calmly and autonomously under pressure in a regulated and rapidly changing environment.

We're looking for you to:
- Understand the needs of our customers, handle situations in a sensitive way and manage customer complaints
- Be flexible diligent approach to support the EA to the CEO when needed, mirroring their communication style in a way that endorses the CEO brand
- Have high attention to detail to support all administrative aspects of the CEO office where needed including the CEO's travel arrangements and meeting room bookings
- Take ownership, be proactive and resourceful
- Have well-developed communication, interpersonal and presentation skills managing the CEOs emails and post, interacting with the business and our stakeholders clearly and professionally, internally and externally
- Show initiative and be passionate about making a difference, with a desire for change
- Remain cool and calm under pressure and have a high level of resilience with an enthusiastic and positive approach
- Be highly organised and structured, you will come up with solutions, take a pragmatic approach, and deliver through others
- Have a willingness to learn, be comfortable navigating through challenges and work in a fast-paced environment which can quickly change
- Be proficient with the use of MS Office to manage a number of spreadsheets, presentations and diary management arrangements using OneNote
