What you'll be doing
This is a temporary Administrator role where you will be part of a supportive and inclusive Quantity Surveying Team, responsible for looking after the quality of the works and after a diverse portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for checking that the correct closure and activity codes are used for each job and processing them for payment on SAP. Your main duties will include:
  • Evaluating completed work and undertaking all payment processing tasks on SAP
  • Checking correct closure and activity codes are used for each job
  • Processing high volume and low-value jobs
  • Identifying, investigating and sharing quality findings with your Manager
  • Maintaining good communication with managers and colleagues
  • £11.00-£13.00 per hour depending on skills and experience
  • Temporary - approx. 6-9 months
  • Home Based (required to attend office for initial training and as and when required)
  • 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Full training provided
We're looking for you to
  • Have previous admin experience, ideally in a finance/accounts environment
  • Have experience using systems such as SAP, ERP, Oracle or alike
  • Possess excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be able to spot inconsistencies/issues and confidently raise them with management
  • Be proficient at checking and cross-referencing data
