What you will be doing
As the Senior Project Manager within our Thames Valley non-infrastructure programme delivery department, you will be the single point of accountability for the delivery of a portfolio of projects.
This will be achieved by overseeing a multi-discipline project team throughout the project cycles and managing and assuring the performance of contractors to deliver project outcomes to time cost and quality. This will involve influencing high level internal and external stakeholders whilst focussing on continuous improvement of the health and safety and environmental agendas to ensure enhanced customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

What you will be doing

This will involve influencing high level internal and external stakeholders whilst focussing on continuous improvement of the health and safety and environmental agendas to ensure enhanced customer satisfaction and commercial performance.
We're looking for you to:
- Have extensive project management experience with a track record of successfully delivering multiple and complex engineering infrastructure projects or programmes of up to £30m in value, ideally within a client organisation
- Have detailed knowledge and experience of managing, driving and optimising the delivery process, with a proven capability in facilitating complex investment decisions and proactively managing budget and risk, ideally within a regulated environment
- Be a self-starting, resilient and tenacious project manager, with excellent communication skills, known for positively engaging project stakeholders and having the ability to mobilise and guide a project team across multi-disciplined teams
- Be educated to degree level in engineering or other relevant degree and have chartered status
- Ideally - have project management qualification or post-graduate business qualification
