Activities Coordinator (36 Hours per week)
Lord Harris Court - "Rated Good by CQC", 95% of services are either Outstanding or Good

· One off Joining Bonus paid in your first payroll of £250 (full terms and conditions available on request)
· 36 hours per week

· £10.55 per hour (reviewed annually), plus a Premium shift payment for overtime worked, pension, hospital plan, emergency dental cover, confidential external counselling services, discounts at retail outlets and days out, and reduced gym membership

· 28 days holiday per annum (inclusive of allowance in lieu of bank holidays), plus additional days up to a max of 5 in line with length of service.
· Free meal provided whilst on duty

· Free car parking
· All training time is fully paid, high street shopping/household discounts

Operations Coordinator or Home Manager

OVERVIEW

As Activities Coordinator you will have the freedom to plan, design and implement a range of social activities for residents which meet their needs for friendship, social interaction, recreation and culture and appealing to a wide range of interests, in line with those of existing residents' choices.

The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, strong organisational skills, and the ability to relate well to people from all types of backgrounds. You will need to be sociable and able to communicate well with our residents and external activity providers. Previous experience in a similar role or environment would be beneficial however full on the job training and a robust induction will be given.
