Job description

We are looking for 2 Data Entry Administrators who's a real self-starter to work for an established Facilities Services provider starting immediately.

This role would potentially suit a recent graduate with a strong admin experience or someone who has recently found themselves out of work who is keen to secure a position ASAP.

Working hours will be 08:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday with one Saturday a month.
You will be required to work under Pertemps for the first 12 weeks before going permanent.
The rates of pay:
£10 per hour for the first 12 weeks
Then once you are permanent £24K per annum, with monthly bonuses.

The Role:

Day to day admin for operation teams
Utilising Excel to produce a variety of reports
Data cleansing
Inputting data across databases & Microsoft packages
Supporting senior management
Aiding the team on the CAFM system

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Understanding of CRM, Databases or CAFM would be beneficial
Eager to learn new skills
Motivated
Happy to support across the business& get involved in other areas
