*Salary: from £10.42per hour (will vary per client and shift pattern) \*Including Holiday Pay*

*Shifts: *variable; some shifts will require consistency

*What we're looking for...*

* Polite, prompt and friendly manner; respectful to colleagues and guests.

* Ability to remain calm during periods of high volume or unusual events, whilst remaining driven to complete your tasks.

* Willingness to work independently and part of a team, alongside all chefs, managers and other food service staff.

* Under the guidance of the culinary team, assisting with the efficient preparation, presentation and replenishment of food/ food services at required times.

* Ensure all meals are prepared with due care and attention, particularly with regards to special dietary requirements, allergens and shelf life.

* Assist with the setup and clear down of your area, ready for the next service.

* Replenishing stock

* Ensure all service utensils are impeccably clean before use and all service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.

*Key Requirements*

* Ability to adhere to agreed standards with your team and deliver excellent service

* Actively seek to further knowledge, skills and improve personal performance

* Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

* Comply with all company and unit policies with regards to Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergens, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.

* Personally demonstrate that you take responsibility for your own health and safety.

* Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

*Note: an enhanced DBS may be required for some roles. If you do not own one, we can support you with this process : )*
