Are you an Learning & Development Specialist seeking flexible working? 12 month FTC

Overview
You will get the chance to work for a fantastic business. As Learning and Development Specialist you will be responsible for the identification, design and delivery of business critical learning that will subsequently inform the L & D strategy and tactical plan. You will be responsible for delivering specific learning interventions and initiatives to support strategic goals including; Leadership and Management Development, Performance Management initiatives, Project Management, Internal Communication via Intranet, Evaluation and Reporting.

Your new role
L&D full cycle background including training design, implementation, facilitation and evaluation. Strategically design programmes, using a holistic approach, measuring business needs and devising appropriate training solutions that meet these. Shaping manager development. Developing digital fluency. Proactively promote L&D offering through designated website. Evaluation and reporting on all relevant training interventions. Work stakeholders to identify best practices and facilitate sharing. Collaborate with departments and countries to understand learning needs and co-create value adding solutions. Utilise internal expertise and resources, together with external resources to deliver assigned elements of the Learning and Development Strategy. Lead specific capability and skill training initiatives \/ projects, as identified and agreed with line management. Contribute to the achievement of leadership capability improvement metrics within agreed budgets. Regularly report impact, improvements and exceptions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong stakeholder and relationship building skills with the ability to probe and challenge, as well as the ability to work effectively. You will have experience managing effective relationships with preferred external vendors to build\/design different learning and development programmes\/initiatives. You will have a proven track record working with learning technology (i.e. LMS \/ Apps) and an understanding of multi-channel deployment of learning and media options. You will be qualified to deliver core training skills (i.e. personal effectiveness, presentation skills, coaching \/ mentoring, facilitation, leadership)

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. Optional return to office until end of September and then 2 days in the office. Car allowance of \u00A37,000. As it is a 12 month FTC you will eligible for all company benefits.
