OCM Lead Controls Transformation
CPL Life Sciences is working with a Global FMCG Company which presents an opportunity to work in the Global Headquarters of a FTSE 25 plc.
Job Title: OCM Lead Controls Transformation
Location: Berkshire (hybrid working)
Salary: 65k plus 6,600k car allowance, 15% bonus with 1.5% multiplier and 10% pension
Role Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this role is to support delivery of Controls Transformation workstream objectives by ensuring the effective, efficient, and integrated implementation of Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities across the workstream and co-ordinate with other FFF (Finance for Future) workstreams.Change management activities include, but are not limited to, communication, stakeholder engagement, assessment and implementation of impacts of change, training and ensuring business readiness.
The main areas of responsibility are:
1. Shape the change management approach for the workstreams to deliver and land change globally across Company as required support by EY
2. Owning and driving the change management approach once defined, implementing all activities / actions and coordinating with the overall deployment team to manage the change journey (including communications, training, stakeholder management and impact of change)
3. Support (through coordination & coaching) the local project teams & business change agents in the effective implementation of the transformation change journey (including impact on processes, solutions & capabilities in markets & plants)
Skills / Experience Essential
Over and above 5 years+ Organisational Change Management experience (Culture and Process)
Global business /change transformation programmes including previous experience of US SOX change management ideally in FMCG companies
Shaping and structuring delivery approaches and plans
High degree of change agility
Expert in embedding new ways of working and ability to be fully hands on
Experience of working in a dynamic, time-pressured environment
High degree of gravitas and experience working with stakeholders at all levels
Organisation Change Management OCM governance and risk mitigation
Strong critical analysis and risk mitigation
Coaching skills
Skills Desirable
Business process mapping or analytical skills
Change Management Certification
Ability to travel
Preferable: Experience within Finance processing
