Our engineering programme is accredited by the Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET), so you know you'll be on the right track to become registered as a Chartered Engineer should you choose to; this typically takes 4-5 years, and we will help you all the way.

Who we're looking for

You'll also need:

  • 1st or 2:1 degree in a civil or structural (or closely related) engineering discipline, accredited by the relevant engineering institution

  • Willingness to relocate multiple times and try new things
  • To be a passionate and creative engineer who can deliver solutions within tight timeframes and implement them safely and successfully whilst demonstrating our values
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence, as you may be required to travel to remote locations
What you'll be doing

You will provide in-house civil engineering expertise to internal stakeholders including Commercial, Engineering, Construction and Operation & Maintenance functions. Proven capability in the specification of civil/structural requirements for industrial and commercial energy projects is required. A strong focus on producing civil/structural designs that minimise risk to our installers and customers alike is essential. You will be working from day one as part of a team and we have high expectations of our Graduates. So, there will be plenty to get your teeth into and it will take a lot of hard work and initiative on your part.
