They are smart, sympathetic, and detail-focused; working with our Arrangers and Operatives to ensure every little detail is just right.The role requires previous experience of conducting funerals, so that you'll already understand the necessary processes, and will have the confidence and credibility to ensure we deliver an exceptional experience for every family we work with.You'll also get involved with local charity and community activities, helping your branch to build strong relations with local organisations.Being a Funeral Director at Miles & Daughters Funeral Directors in Winnersh offers the opportunity to progress into management, with the change to progress into the role of Operations, or Area Development Manager, should you have the desire and determination to do so.Part of your role will also require you to enter care homes, for this reason you will need to be fully vaccinated with the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine, unless you are medically exempt.
