SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant - English speaking - London/Birmingham, UK. Permanent Job. Start: Q1/Q2 2022. Salary: up to £75,000/annum + 10% bonus. End Client. Relocation & Work Permit Sponsorship offered.

Our end client in the UK is looking for a Certified SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) Consultant to work with key stakeholders to shape and execute HR implementations internationally. They will consider candidates of any Nationality and will sponsor UK work permits!

Requirements
. Detailed technical understanding of SAP SuccessFactors EC and non-SAP payroll systems.
. SuccessFactors implementation experience within a project environment.
. Architecture Design experience for SAP Cloud Platform.
. Must be CERTIFIED with hands-on provisioning experience SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
. SAP HCM Cloud experience required.
. Must demonstrate detailed expertise in dealing with both standalone and integration systems
. Must be able to code well.
. Experience with Boomi required.
. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
. Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders within the business and IT.

Responsibilities:
. Analyse requirements & deliver solutions in alignment with the HR road-map.
. Work with key stakeholders, facilitating workshops to capture requirements, define business solution design and technical architecture.
. Design and deliver HR implementations & integrate them into the existing technology landscape and processes.
. Where necessary (re)design HR processes, configure HR applications and ensure they are Embedded in the HR function.
. Work closely with the Solutions architects to scope, design and agree technical solutions.
. Align closely with the Testing Team closely through all phased of Testing.
