Accountant, Power BI experience, Birmingham, Up to \u00A330,000

Hays are delighted to be partnering with a reputable property company headquartered in Birmingham, to recruit for a Project Accountant with Power BI experience. This organisation is looking for a part-qualified candidate with a proven track record of working with Sharepoint and Power BI, who is looking for a role within a dynamic and exciting organisation that will afford them fantastic opportunities for progression and exposure.

This role will be hybrid, with the successful candidate being expected to be based from the Birmingham City Centre office two days a week. The role is permanent and is paying up to \u00A330,000 dependent on experience.

The key responsibilities of this role will be to:

* Automate routine tasks and promote efficient working practices
* Create\/set up Sharepoint sites
* Production of MI to track and monitor productivity, KPIs, SLAs
* Set up BI reporting for multiple clients
* Produce monthly MI reporting pack to Client Operations team
* Review processes and implement automation for routine tasks
* Assist Head of Finance with Ad-hoc projects
* Ensure SOW\/Scope documentation is prepared and signed off for all projects

In order to be successful in this role you will be:

* Qualified\/Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA\/CIMA\/ACA)
* Familiar with basics of property accounting concepts in addition to a good understanding of double entry accounting
* IT literate - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - minimum level to include Pivots and advance formulae
* Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Sharepoint
* Experience of implementing reporting improvements
* A good written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact and deal with surveyors\/clients\/3rd Parties
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise, with excellent time management skills
