Credit Control Team Leader, based in Birmingham City Centre, paying up to \u00A333k per annum

Hays Credit Management are excited to be working with a large professional services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre, who are looking to recruit for a Credit Control Team Leader on a permanent basis.

This role will work within the finance team in their offices based in Birmingham City Centre however this role does also offer remote working at the moment. Some key duties for this position are as follows:

* Managing 6 direct reports (Credit Controllers)
* Acting as the initial point of escalation for team members
* Working on development of team with mentoring and monitoring performance
* Regular ledger reviews with team
* Reporting to and updating Credit Manager
* Reviewing and assisting with the implementation of Credit policies
* Large focus on outstanding and aged debt
* Other ad hoc duties as required by Credit Manager
