Hays Technology are looking for X3 Information Security Specialist on a 3-6 month contract basis initially, outside IR35. This role is remote working and with an ASAP start.

What you will be doing:
The key responsibilities required for an Information Security Specialist are to apply the security principles of Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability that covers a wide range of activities.This role responds to the growing demand for Technical Cyber Security Operations (SecOps), monitoring and management of security threats and vulnerabilities

Essential experience in the below security technologies include:

* Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
* Network security monitoring \/ detection
* Enterprise compliance vulnerability management
* Security Incident Event Management System

What we are looking for:

* Good Security Operations Centre experience is required for this role.
* Demonstrated experience in Information Security with focus on Incident Response, Security Engineering, and\/or Intrusion Detection. Experience working in Security Operations Center and\/or Computer Incident Response Team. Proven knowledge of computer networks and common protocols: TCP\/IP, UDP, DNS, FTP, SSH, SSL\/TLS, HTTPS

What you will get in return:
Day rate of \u00A3450-525 per day - outside IR35.
