Healthcare Support Worker - Temporary Staffing

We are expanding our workforce which brings incredible opportunities for YOU to join our nurse bank. The variety of areas you could work in will add to your experience and contribute to your personal development.

The Trust provides support for all staff working on the HCSW bank. You will be invited to attend a full Trust induction which includes mandatory training. We arrange a study day and a shadow shift where you will be supernumerary in order to achieve a set of competencies to support you in practice.

It is essential that you have achieved the Care Certificate qualification for Healthcare Support Workers as outlined in the role profile/person specification under the essential criteria. Student Nurses may apply.

This opportunity is based at Royal Papworth Hospital Cambridge Biomedical Campus, our beautiful new hospital.
